The Union City Public Library Board of Trustees is comprised of seven members who are appointed by the Randolph County Commissioners, Randolph Eastern School Cooperation, Randolph County Council, Office of the Mayor – Union City, and the City Council – City of Union City, Indiana. Each Board member holds a term of four years.
The Library Board meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 5:30 PM, in the Children’s Services area of the library. These meetings are open to the public.
