Union City Public Library offers the following services:

- scanner (ask at the front desk for assistance)
- printer (15¢ per page for black and white, 25¢ per page for color)
- copier (20¢ per page)
- fax machine ($1.00 for the first page and 50¢ per additional page)
- obtaining items from other libraries
- reserving a study or meeting space
- providing basic computer help
- providing book recommendations
- providing basic genealogy or historical research assistance
We also have a reference and genealogy room containing information about Randolph and adjacent counties in Indiana, and Darke and Preble Counties in Ohio. In this section of the library you can find information about local families, death records, cemeteries, marriages, and newspaper articles on microfilm and print form from 1873 to the present.
